Played with a controller or keyboard.

On keyboard, use the arrow keys or WASD to move, Space to jump, and Z to shoot. Press Escape to exit to the main menu. Press Alt+Enter to toggle fullscreen .

On controller, the select button toggles fullscreen  and the start button exits to the main menu.

The weird object in the empty room is the double jump powerup. You can leave and re-enter to get it more than once!
